Field Service Engineer
Job Type: Full Time Employee
Relevant Work Experience: 2 to 5 Years
JOB SUMMARY
The Field Services Engineer position combines installation, troubleshooting and resolution of hardware, software, network and operating system issues. This is a ‘road-warrior’ position requiring a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation to travel to and from various customer sites in the Long Island/NYC areas.

Hardware:

Desktops from various manufacturers

Printer experience – ability to replace all Field replaceable parts and troubleshoot day to day printer issues (HP, Xerox, Canon)
Operating Systems:

Microsoft Windows Server experience including NT, 2000, 2003, 2008

Desktop Windows Operating experience including NT, 2000, XP, and Vista
Software:

Microsoft Office Experience
