| | CUSTOMER EXCELLENCE Feedback from a happy client "This past weekend the SAN at our Foundation crashed. Our grant deadline caused such an influx of emails that the exchange server on the software SAN caused all the virtual servers to fail. The CNS engineering team worked with us over the weekend, completing a bare-metal recovery of the exchange environment and all of the VM production servers. This included a complete rebuild of the operating system and all data. Not one email was lost! We are very impressed with how CNS and the FalconStor CDP devices saved us from a catastrophic event. The CNS NOC did a great job getting the engineers alerted to the problem and on-site quickly. What a fantastic job they did overcoming the many hurdles thrown in front of them. Thank you again to everyone involved." — John, IT Director |
