CNS is now an Authorized Xerox Printer Repair Depot

CNS announced they are now an authorized Xerox printer depot. Xerox enables Authorized Service Providers to perform repairs on depot warranted products to increase the service coverage, as well as provide a local walk-in/mail-in service option for customers. Participants are designated on the ASP Locator as Authorized Depot Repair Centers. The requirements were not just met, but exceeded by CNS to qualify for the ASP status:

• CNS maintains an established, professional, walk-in service location with plenty of personnel during the hours of 8:30 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (local time), Monday through Friday, excluding recognized business holidays.
• Complete certification on at least one Xerox depot product.
• Adequate resources to ensure customer satisfaction.
• Ample space to accommodate product storage.
• Actively promote, recommend and sell Xerox service, supplies and support products.
• Ability to receive and ship product via courier.
• Provide repair turn around time within 48 hours of receiving products and parts.
• CNS maintains active status as a Xerox ASP in good standing.
